1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the public Sweet Assign website.

Sweet Assign is currently a pre-launch product operated by Dario Tasende in the Netherlands. Sweet Assign is not currently operated through a separately incorporated legal entity.

These Terms apply only to the informational website and its demo request form. They do not govern access to a paid Sweet Assign subscription, user account or production software service.

Separate commercial terms will apply before any paid or production service is provided.

Any future trial, pilot, subscription or commercial arrangement will be subject to separate written terms.

Sweet Assign is intended to support hotel professionals in documenting room information and making more consistent room-selection decisions.

Sweet Assign does not replace:

• Hotel management.
• Front desk procedures.
• Professional judgement.
• Property management systems.
• Legal or regulatory compliance.
• Accessibility assessments.
• Safety procedures.

Hotels and their authorised employees remain responsible for all final operational decisions, including room allocation and guest treatment.

9. No guaranteed results

Sweet Assign does not guarantee that use of the proposed product will:

• Prevent guest complaints.
• Improve guest satisfaction.
• Increase review scores.
• Increase revenue.
• Improve rankings on booking or review platforms.
• Produce a particular commercial or operational result.

Statements regarding potential benefits describe the intended purpose of the product and do not constitute guaranteed outcomes.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content made available through the Sweet Assign website belongs to or is controlled by Dario Tasende.

This includes:
